Delete your account

Delete it in the app

Open GameSquire, go to Profile, then Account, then Delete account and confirm. The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

No app or cannot sign in? Ask by email

Email support@squirebuilds.com from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my GameSquire account". If you use another address, tell us your username so we can find the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile (display name, username and avatar), your shelf and wishlist, your play logs and notes, your friend connections and requests, your household membership, your notification settings and push tokens, your AI question history and your sign-in. Rulebooks you uploaded that were not approved are deleted with their files. If you signed up for news or release emails, your address is removed from that list too.

What is kept

Rulebooks you uploaded that were checked and approved stay in the shared library without your name, because other players rely on them. Copies of a play that a friend accepted onto their own shelf belong to that friend. Backups of our database are overwritten on a rolling basis within 90 days. Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are kept under their own rules and legal obligations.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings first so you are not charged again.
